Returns will NOT be accepted if:
• The product is not defective and matches the description & images.
• There is a slight colour difference due to lighting or screen resolution.
• The customer ordered the wrong size / length / design by mistake.
• The customer changed their mind after receiving the product.
• The product was used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
• The product is returned without an unboxing video as proof.
• The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is part of a sale, offer, or clearance item.
• Accessories, hygiene-related items, customised products are non-returnable.
